FAQs

What is your turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 business days. Same day or next day expedited services are available, call for details.

Do you have rush service?

Yes, we have expedited services. Since most jobs are handled at our main facility, we are able to quickly turnaround the work. Please call to discuss.

What are your methods of payment?

Check (credit cards are currently not accepted).

How late in the day can I send you my job?

Our normal business hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday. If you have an expedited matter, i.e. delivery of completed exhibits by next morning, we would need to receive your work no later than 4 pm the day before depending on the volume of the job.

Do you have pickup/delivery available?

Yes, we can have your work picked up if you are located in Manhattan.

Are you open on Saturdays?

No. Saturdays are available by appointment only.

What is considered rush?

Same day service is considered rush as well as receipt of your job in the late afternoon for next day completion.

I don’t see the service I would like on your website. Do you have other services?

Each job is unique and may require special attention. If you don’t see it listed on the site, just give us a call. Chances are, we’ll be able to help you.

Can I e-mail or dropbox the contents of a film CD to you?

E-mailed films are not always high enough in resolution to reproduce well. It’s all in the method of creation. As for sending your films with the viewing software via dropbox, it has been our experience that this does not always work. We recommend that you send us the original films or film CDs.

How long will it take before I receive my photo assignment?

Typically, an assignment is shot within one to three weeks after receipt depending on the subject matter, weather conditions and distance. Once the photos have been shot, you should receive them within a week to ten business days.

What do you need from me to do a day-in-the-life video?

This depends on whether your client is at home, at a facility or goes to therapy. When a facility is involved, special permissions need to be obtained. For more details, please give us a call.
